Yeah, there are mute options in game. Would a volume setting be of any use?

All things are possible! That is one solution. Perhaps a unit can be captured, with a possibility of being freed. I’ll need to come back to this in the near future.
I like the idea on the HQ. Maybe a mix of mobile HQ and stationary could be worth a try.

Sorry for the delay in replys. Google have just taken down Pixel Soldiers Gettysburg for linking another Pixel Soldiers game. I’m going to need to push out an official update as soon as possible so I can deal with that.

Feel free to mention what changes you think will make the game better. Currently I’m reworking leaders. Think they can be a bit more interesting.
Thanks for your suggestions. This is something I’ve been struggling with for a long time. I think giving units a chance to retreat to safety, rather than mindlessly running into an enemy unit, is a good idea. It will need to be done in a way for the player not to feel cheated if an AI unit manages to escape from a pocket. This is something to think about! 🙂
I’ve yet to find any information about Arditi wearing black. It seems they were able to personalise their uniforms, but generally they seem to wear grey-green. If you find any other information on this, please let me know!

Yes there will be another beta before the official update. Still a few problems need resolving before an official update. Hoping not too much longer. I know it’s been a while!

With the new campaign I do want to include as many fronts as possible, including the Russian front. For now I will be sticking to 1914 battles.
The white, blue and red flag was used before the Russian Revolution (and during the civil war for the Tsarist forces). At least that’s what I found during my research!
