Two words…atmospheric conditions.
That’s the only thing missing…clouds, rain, so on…..was foul weather afoot during any of the battles? Of course then I might not be able to afford a game like that.
That said, 6 star game…5 stars just can’t cut it…nope, * * * * * * it is.
Well done Sir, We’ll done.

Thanks! The day before the battle of Waterloo had pretty bad weather which made the battlefield muddy and slowed down the French attack. So yes, weather does play a big role in battles. It’s something that could take a while to add to the games though. But thanks for the idea!

Been to field of shoes…way before a movie…almost as somber as Dachau concentration camp was…reminded me of running for my life in the mud in central america, while being shot at by mad little fellows.
The field at Waterloo is sloped…provided great cannon coverage…on the day i was there, it was muddy. The horses were sliding on snot. The cannons would recoil back into reenactment soldiers. My bottle was dry but my britches were soaked…what a day.
Thanks again for the pixel play.
